Alexan St Elmo is proud to include apartment homes for rent within the 60% income limits for rent in the community. Our team recognizes the need for affordable housing in our great city, and this community was conceived to help provide some affordable options in a much-desired location. The program has been designed according to the City of Austin’s guidelines that specializes in creating neighborhood sustainability and community development.

Are you a qualified applicant? Any applicant must meet our 2.5x monthly income requirement and earn less than the City of Austin’s Maximum Allowable Income for Smart Housing.
